Reducing your intake of fatty foods is an excellent way to start living a healthier lifestyle. When combined with regular exercise it can greatly improve your health and reduce your risk of a long list of illnesses. Not only that, it can even reverse the effects you may already have experienced due to such an illness.

With all the benefits of reducing your fat intake, it is a good idea, even for those who are not overweight or are not at increased risk of heart disease. I just makes good sense and is really not all that difficult to follow once you get used to it. The benefits will make denying yourself a few of your old favorite treats worth the effort.
